Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your coffee from The Six Seven Coffee. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@thesixsevencoffee.com.

To process a refund or replacement, we may require:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
